FEnIKS programme – support for waste recycling and the circular economy

The call for proposals under the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment (in Polish: FEnIKS) programme lasts from 31 October to 30 December 2024. 

Two calls are available to companies: development of waste recycling and optimisation of raw materials and waste management in businesses – the circular economy. Proposals may be submitted by micro, small, medium-sized and large enterprises. 

Development of waste recycling – project type​s: 


  • construction of new or extension/modernisation of existing systems for recovery, including recycling, of municipal waste, industrial and commercial waste similar in characteristic to municipal waste;
  • investments in selective waste collection (up to 25% of eligible project costs).

Optimisation of raw materials and waste management in enterprises – project types:


  • limitation of waste production and improvement of material efficiency of technological processes;
  • utilisation of scrap or waste left after own or external manufacturing as raw materials;
  • utilisation of recovered materials, or materials from recycling or preparation for recycling, in manufacturing;
  • limitation of water consumption by technological processes and construction of closed circuits.

The state aid will be granted as a subsidy of up to 85% of eligible costs.
