Environmental protection law

PrintMailRate-it

The ever more visible climate changes have forced legislators to implement laws that regulate the rules of protection and use of the environment. New laws appear on both international and national level.

Poland is also introducing environmental protection legislation. As the topic is gaining popularity, many enterprises should start paying more attention to regulations applicable to them. Those using the environment are faced with various environmental obligations the non-fulfilment of which is liable to hefty fines. The recently growing number of official inspections proves that the legislators really want these regulations to be observed.
